“We have been coming to Cabo for many years  and bring our friends and family with us sometimes.   Luxury Villas of Los Cabos has provided us with excellent service even when we wanted a larger villa one Christmas and had booked late,  they did everything they could to accommodate us and make our vacation a great one.

The guest services are excellent and no matter what I ask for it is there in the Villa awaiting our arrival and if something is not available they use their initiative to substitute so you don't get left without anything.  The Chefs that come to the villa to cook, we have had many, are always of great quality with a great array of dishes and service that makes the evening enjoyable without feeling uncomfortable. We come to Cabo approximately twice a year and have never had any type of problem anywhere with anyone or anything.  The people are happy and helpful and there is no problem in walking around taking in the sites and I enjoy the supermarkets and markets and the whole general laid back atmosphere which makes it a pleasure to vacation in Cabo. Susana and her team have always given excellent service and made sure that if there is a problem it is dealt with immediately.

"Casa Serena and Cabo San Lucas gave us the most peaceful and relaxing vacation we have ever had. Susana went the extra mile in helping arrange a cook and transportation for the two days we left the villa. Seven days in Cabo and we couldn't bring ourselves to leave the villa, the pool with the wonderful view. Smelling the aroma of the delicious evening meal being prepared for us only made the 4:00 margaritas "muy bueno.” We hope to return someday to paradise."
